Brighter Horizons uses external data processors that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purpose of administering our membership registrations. When you sign up as a member of Brighter Horizons, you register directly through our data processor, DonorBox.

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe also complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your payment card information is transmitted securely through an encrypted SSL/TLS connection directly between DonorBox and Stripe. Neither Brighter Horizons, DonorBox, nor any other party has access to your full payment card details.

We do not define a fixed retention period for correspondence, as messages may be needed for future reference.
